We had a wonderful Hawaiian experience at our condo here on Maui, beautiful view of the beach and nice quiet surroundings with really great amenities. Everything you need for a wonderful stay in Hawaii. Super comfortable home and a great community pool and area with wonderful activities all nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome facility. Rooms are comfortable and have a great view. Great location if you don't mind driving everywhere. Pool was great for the kids and spa was great for adults.

Kahana Villiage Beachfront Rentals is absolutely the best place to stay for your trip to Maui. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and it was spacious, well equipped, and absolutely comfortable. The decor was so nice, and the patio with a view of the ocean was amazing. The pool is ten yards away and the private beach is just a few feet beyond that. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the grounds are immaculately maintained. The condos come with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler for your beach trips! It was our first trip here and we will definitely be back.

This is our family’s favorite spot. We have been coming here since the 80’s. Love the vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We will be back for years to come.

First time to Maui and first visit to Kahana Village – wow – what a beautiful location to relax and enjoy all the wonders of Maui!

Kahana Village is perfectly located and we stayed in Unit #6 – newly renovated and right on the ocean where we enjoyed fabulous strolls on the beach, morning coffee and several meals on the lanai within an eye shot of whales breaching and watching mesmerizing sunsets. Did I say right on the beach!

In addition to being located right on the beach, unit #6 is centrally located to the pool, BBQ area, and beach lounges.

The team at the Kahana property were warm, friendly and so helpful with special needs and helping orchestrate several side trips.

I highly recommend Kahana Village Unit #6 for a peaceful get-a-way where you can do everything or simply relax in a beautiful open place that is very comfortable – easy parking, plenty of beds/bedrooms, kitchen to prepare meals (if you chose), and that lanai is spectacular.

I know I plan to visit again!

First time on Maui and our introduction to Kahana Village...what a joy! We stayed in #6 a corner unit closest to the ocean and steps from the pool. Watching whales and enjoying sunsets from the luxury of the lanai...just perfect. Roomy bedrooms, a great kitchen, and all the amenities for an ideal getaway...we'll be back!!

We stayed in UNIT 6 in March 2025. Our overall experience was excellent. From being neatly organized and very clean this unit was perfect for our stay. The views were amazing from every angle. From the Lanai we watched whales jumping and the most beautiful sunsets. This unit sits closest to the beach which made it even that much more spectacular. We were able to cook wonderful meals in the gourmet kitchen and at the end of the day retire into the most comfortable bed ever! We cannot wait for our next visit to this amazing place !!

A little slice of heaven on earth!

We stayed in Unit #6 and it was simply incredible.

The unit was immaculate, beautifully arranged, and offered what has to be the best setup and views on the entire property. You're literally just feet away from the sand and waves—nothing beats waking up and stepping right onto the beach!

The spacious outdoor patio was perfect throughout the day, especially at sunset. Great for morning reading, mid-day lounging, and a nice sunset dinner in the evening.

Kahana Village itself is exceptionally maintained, located in a phenomenal spot. You'll immediately fall in love with the private beach just steps from your door.

The amenities cover all your needs, and the Mai Tai Parties are an absolute must 🍹

Can't wait to visit again!

I stayed at Kahana Village in Feb 2025 in Unit 6. It was absolutely amazing. The ease in finding things to enhance my stay was so simple. Stunning views of the ocean & sunsets, whale watching, gourmet cooking with a view, a wonderful pool … and a Mai Tai party to welcome us. Also the California king bed was just perfect at the end of the day. We will definitely come back to this paradise! Thank you to the amazing staff !!

Kahana Village is like home away from home! We love our vacation time on this beautifully landscaped ocean front condo! You can drink coffee (or your favorite beverage) on the lanai and watch whales most mornings. The staff here, especially Gretchen, is awesome. She is always willing to help renters with questions or provide what she can to help renters have the best vacation ever!!!!

I am a repeat renter here because I love the location and it’s quieter than a big high rise complex, feels like home.

We have been coming to Kahana Village for years and years. We love the location and property. We love the hospitality we receive from Gretchen and her team. We had a few special needs this trip and Gretchen was all over it. Thank you.

My stay at unit 41 was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it felt like paradise. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean views from the balcony are breathtaking! We were able to easily explore the island, with great snorkeling spots just a short drive away. Plus, the community had excellent amenities, including a pool and hot tub, which were perfect after a day of sightseeing.
I would highly recommend unit 41 to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing base to explore all that Maui has to offer. Can’t wait to return!

We recently stayed at Unit 41 at Kahana Village and had a fabulous stay! Unit 41 has been fully updated and we loved the open and airy feeling of the space as well as the privacy and seclusion that comes from staying in the end unit. We loved eating breakfast and dinner out on the lanai - the view is spectacular! It is the best spot to watch the sunset or be entertained by breaching whales. All the furnishings are modern and comfortable and the kitchen has all the necessary items to cook your own meals, if you so desire. We loved everything about Kahana Village - the gorgeous grounds, the immaculate pool, the beach loungers, the BBQ area, and especially the beachfront location and proximity to other desirable locations. If you are thinking of staying here, don't hesitate. You will not regret it!

I just wanted to offer up a review of Unit 41 following our enjoyable stay in this unit! From start to finish of our week-long stay everything was perfect, just right! This is a beautifully decorated unit with very comfortable accommodations. The unit is immaculate with comfortable furnishings, beds, restrooms, and televisions. The kitchen is spotless and has all kitchenware needed. I loved the large black and white wall photo of the early days on the Waikiki surf and Diamond Head. It, along with other unit décor items, surrounded you with the feeling of Aloha! The view from the second floor Unit 41 was refreshing and the outdoor patio allowed us to enjoy the view and outdoor dining options. The location of Unit 41 is, in my mind, ideal at the far end of the complex with easy parking access, direct stairs to the unit, and an element of quiet! Access to the clean and inviting pool and the beach is easy! We even took advantage of the barbecues located adjacent to the pool area in preparing our own meals. In short, we very much enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation!

It’s a nice condo complex, clean, with great views. Quiet, however, the pool is only 3 feet deep so that’s a little different. Other than that, nice place to stay.

Our family of 13 spent 10 days. The condos are very comfortable and are well furnished.
The pool area and hot tub are well maintained, as are the gas grills .
The ocean is a short walk and is a great place to watch the sunsets.

I stayed here with 9 other members of my family. We had a great time, and the location was excellent to visit the beaches and do the hikes we were looking for. It was quiet and comfortable, and nice to not be in a high rise. The condos had gear including chairs, snorkels, and more. We had the space we needed, and a calm, quiet pool and hot tub.

Stayed at this beautiful resort for a month. Whale watching from our balcony while drinking coffee every morning was amazing. Wonderful and friendly staff. We will be back!

Great location on the beach. Every condo is a great location. Nice beach and nice relaxed setting close to stores and other great beaches for snorkeling etc. Stayed here several times. It’s our preferred location on West Maui.

For the price of a mediocre high rise hotel room in Maui you can rent a beautiful well appointed 2 bedroom condominium in a 30 unit self- contained community in a spectacular location. I never had to worry about fighting for a lounge by the pool, which is never crowded/noisy. The beach in front is small and very private. Pefect for sunset cocktails. Larger beaches are a 10 minute drive away.
If we had stayed in a hotel we would have had to think about where we were having breakfast, lunch and dinner - dining out in Maui gets very expensive. Each condo has a complete full kitchen. There are four grills if you feel like barbecuing.
Molokai and Lanai'i are in the distance and -while we there- in the channel between there's some of the best whale watching ever.
We loved our stay at Kahana Village. I can't say enough good things about it. I hope to return again and again.

Can't wait to go back! We day dream abt how magical our time there was as a family and can't wait to get back! Perfect place to relax and really enjoy life. Our condo was perfect for us and our two young adult kids. The property was so clean and gardens so well groomed. By the way, it's been almost 2 years since our last trip to this island and we still think about it daily and we are planning our next trip to paradise! Thank you! 🌴♥️

We stayed in Unit 37…has a great feel and felt secluded from the other units (w/ Ocean view & Molukai Island in the background).

This is the most beautiful, clean, and relaxing Vacation Resort on Maui. Over the past few years, our stays have been the most exceptional enjoyment of our vacation. Including the Staff. The most friendly and cordial staff on the Island

Best place we have ever stayed in Maui Our particular unit was not very nice -- very dated and had a lot of broken things, but this location and the grounds made up for it! The view was absolutely amazing. We spent every minute at the condo out on our balcony. The pool was great. The grounds are gorgeous. A beach right outside your room. Plus on Wednesdays, Kahana Village has a Mai Tai party with live music and snacks and mai tais. So much fun! We will be coming back again with our friends and this time we will stay in a more updated unit.

Beautiful scenery, with sandy beach access. Kahana Village also has a family friendly pool, that is 3ft deep. It also had several community gas bbq grills for the guest. This location also provided one of the most beautiful sunsets I had ever seen. Its a beautiful place to get away from all of the hustle and bustle and just relax.

Amazing Paradise It was more than I imagined while staying at Kahana Village with my family in June 2022. First off, there isn't a place in Maui that fit my expectations as well as Kahana Village did without the price tag included. This was worth every penny.
And this is why. THE VIEW MADE my wishes come true! Having a beachfront villa 40 feet from your lanai was a must and this is what made my vacation complete. The sounds, the turtles bobbing up and down, the sunsets, the passing boats, the less crowds, it felt like you had your very own beach.
The condo had all high-end appliances, and everything you could possibly need to cook, including a lot of spices. The complex is amazingly filled with tropical foliage and very well maintained and clean. There was a BBQ area steps away from our condo, including the pool and spa steps away as well. The complex was quiet, and in a good neighborhood. More

Kahana Village this was our fifth visit to Kahana Village. It is family friendly, staff friendly, clean, fun and relaxing. This was also our 3rd 10 day stay. Mai Tai night is fun, the guests are all friendly because it is a small resort. We can’t wait until our next stay.
