For larger groups, our ground-level 3-bedroom, 2-bath condos provide over 1,700 square feet of comfort and convenience, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. Spacious 2-3 Bedroom Beach Houses

At Kahana Village, our spacious 2 and 3 bedroom beachfront units offer the perfect blend of comfort and island charm. Each unit features a full kitchen, open living area, and private lanai with breathtaking ocean views—ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing Maui getaway. Just steps from the sand, guests enjoy direct beach access, stunning sunsets, and the soothing sounds of the ocean right outside their door.

We hold every single Unit in our rental program to the absolute highest of standards, as even our "Standard" Units are extremely clean and well kept. The rating of Standard / Deluxe / Luxury has to do with the amount of remodeling the owners have accomplished in their Unit.

Standard

Standard Units typically have original cabinetry and bath fixtures throughout, with some Units having remodeled the kitchen and master bathroom. Furniture is typical condominium tropical package furniture.

Deluxe

Deluxe Units have been partially remodeled, such as a kitchen and/or one or two of the bathrooms and will have new, and/or reupholstered or refinished furniture. Some units have upgraded to flat screen televisions.

Luxury

Luxury Units have been completely remodeled including the kitchens and baths. They have new drapes, floor coverings and furniture, and have upgraded to flat-screen televisions.
