Aloha kakou. We invite you to explore the best of Maui with our newly remodeled beach house serving as your short-term home base! With warm island breezes and the tranquil views of Lanai and Molokai, this Deluxe Oceanfront Prime home is a spacious corner vacation rental that features a coveted easy-going Hawaii lifestyle.
Right on the turquoise water’s edge, this two bedroom beach house gives you the rare opportunity to wake up to the sound of gentle crashing of the waves kissing the shore. As the enticing smell of Maui coffee drifts into the master or lofted bedroom, run the sleep from your eyes and wander into the airy all-new kitchen. Here, you can chop up your fresh pineapple and papaya that you previously purchased from the Honokowai Farmers’ Market on your way from the Kahului airport. You can even pick some ripe guava or star fruit from the trees outside your front door to add to your island platter that currently rests on the breakfast bar, waiting for the rest of the vacationing household (accommodates up to 6 guests!) to rise for the day.
After a day spent at the beach, like the one just steps from your door, rinse off the sand in the spacious custom-designed shower or soak in the soothing oversized tub. Gaze out of the large windows that outfit this home away from home and you might just catch a glimpse of frequent visitor of Hawaii, the humpback whales. During the months of November to May, these majestic marine creatures migrate from the north to frolic in the warm Hawaiian waters and you have a front row view right from your partially covered lanai. Watch the sunset paint vibrant hues of red and orange across the sky as the night falls into a canopy of stars.
If you are looking for simple lodging in Maui with lots of life and character, this beach house vacation rental is the perfect place for you and your family (or friends) to stay. So, e komo mai – welcome!
Treehouse? All the windows of the side and back of unit 26 are framed by beautiful foliage. Then the view through the ocean facing window takes on the full horizon, Lanai and Molokai. It’s your private luxury treehouse perched on the shore. Sit on the lanai and watch clouds over Lanai. Take in the full rainbow as the clouds part. Eat the fruit you buy at the Farmer’s Market (walking distance) but watch out because the mynahs will think you put out the papayas, mangoes, and Maui Gold pineapple slices for them. Watch fishermen over the distant reef. Swim in the sea off the small beach. Swim in the pool. Bbq the fish you saw caught earlier in the day. Make a cocktail and watch the sunset over Molokai. Let the Trades roll over you and fall asleep to lapping waves. Yeah, I guess the place is okay.
Review from FlipKey -
We had an enjoyable time in Maui, and were so relaxed in this condo. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai were enjoyed every day. Falling asleep to the ocean’s waves was a great feeling. Were very happy with how well stocked this condo was from beach toys to freezer packs to tupperware – it was wonderful! It was a great place to call “home” for the 10 days. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us – we will be back! Mahalo!

This is our third stay at the Kahana Village, and our second stay in #26. It was the first time in Hawaii for our daughter and my mother-in-law and I never saw a frown on their faces the whole time we were here. Mahalo!

Beautiful oceanfront view of Lanai and Molokai. We slept on the pullout with the ocean waves keeping us company during the night. If the ocean were any closer our pajamas would have to be a wet suit.

What a beautiful unit! We spent many hours on the deck from 5 AM to 11 PM. Daily watched the changing cloud patterns on Lanai and Molokai as well as the activities of the 3 turtles in the cove.

Mahalo Nui for a lovely holiday! #26 – The perfect place to: Watch whales, relax, tend sunburn, relax, watch sunsets. Cook delicious food, discuss the day’s adventures and chase a gecko off a window sill and RELAX. #26 – A very hard place to leave, but we’ll be back! Aloha.

We had a wonderful 10 days here in #26! The best part was sitting out enjoying my morning coffee and the newspaper out on the deck. What a view!

A beautiful, relaxing, and private place to stay. Watching sunsets and watching the moonlight shine on the ocean from our balcony was great.
