Payment

• All rates subject to 13.416% Hawaii State Tax.
• 3 night deposit required plus a non-refundable $25.00 service fee due at time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance of payment must be pre-paid 60 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation notice must be received 60 days prior to arrival date for a refund. We charge a $75 cancellation fee.

Checkout

• Helpful hint for those with late afternoon or evening departures: Our checkout time is 11:00 AM or before. It is not usually possible to extend this checkout time, so if you have a late afternoon or evening airline departure consider booking one more night. That way you'll be better able to enjoy the day, and still have a place to shower and get ready for travel closer to your departure time.

Occupancy Requirements

• "A person's a person, no matter how small." - Dr. Seuss ...and the State of Hawaii. But we do not charge additional for children 2 years old or younger.
• Rates for 2 bedroom units include up to 4 persons. Additional persons are $20 per night, with a maximum of 6 total persons. Rates for 3 bedroom units include up to 6 persons. Additional persons are $20 per night, with a maximum of 8 total persons.
• Minimum stay is 5 nights. Additionally, we have seasonal specials (some restrictions apply).
• Minimum stay is 7 nights between November 19 thru November 27th.
• For holiday season reservations, minimum stay is 10 nights and final payment is required by October 15th.

Restrictions

• Specials cannot be combined with any other special, discount or package. Not available to travel agents. Not retroactive, cannot be added to existing reservations.
• Spring Special available only for future travel between 04/15/2012 and ending on 06/14/2012. This special cannot be combined with any other special, discount or package. • Fall Special available only for future travel between 08/16/2012 and ending on 11/18/2012, and future travel between 11/28/2012 and ending on 12/19/2012.
